Shipping destinations
Hanwares currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and other destinations shown as available at checkout. Availability may vary by product and delivery address.
Shipping rates and estimated transit times
For supported international destinations:
• Standard shipping: US$5.99, estimated 7–15 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders of US$49 or more.
• Expedited shipping: US$14.99, estimated 5–10 business days.
Available methods, final charges, and estimates are shown at checkout. Transit estimates begin after the order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order processing
Orders are prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been handed to the carrier. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless explicitly shown as included at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs clearance may delay delivery.
Delivery delays and address accuracy
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, customs, weather, peak seasons, or other events outside our control may cause delays. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
Lost, damaged, or returned packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or an order arrives damaged, email support@hanwares.com with your order number and relevant photos. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
