Return and Refund Policy
We accept return requests made within 30 days after your order is delivered.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us at support@hanwares.com before sending any item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without first requesting authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@hanwares.com promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
For health, hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, certain items may not be returnable after opening or use. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable except where required by law. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific product.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
European Union cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, without giving a reason, as provided by applicable law. The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@hanwares.com.
